HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A PRODUCT?
Each item is handcrafted or handcut, as we believe in quality over quantity. The time frames stated reflect the
amount of time it can take to create a quality piece of pet apparel.
Handcrafted takes approx. 3-4 weeks to produce and these items include, but are not limited to - Sweaters, Jackets, Scarves, etc.
Custom Fit takes approx. 6-8 weeks to produce and include Sweaters, jackets, etc.
Made to Order takes approx 3-5 days to make and these items include, but are not limited to - Bandanas, Costumes, Leashes, Dresses, Blankets etc.
In Stock usually ships within 2-3 days after the order has been processed and these this include, not limited to - Ready Made Sweaters
All product production times are stated under the info tab on each product page. Order processing can take up to 7-10 days during the holiday season, depending on volume. It's advised to place holiday orders ahead of time to ensure they arrive on time.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free shipping on qualifiying orders of $35+
We currently use USPS and UPS® to ship to US for front door/parcel locker delivery. To estimate the cost of shipping, add your item(s) to cart, proceed to checkout and enter the zip code for the ship to address. Expedited services are available for an additional cost. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and after all discounts and gift certificates are applied.
Once an order has shipped it usually arrives within approx. 3-5 days, these delivery time frames can be extended depending on delays due to the shipping carrier. Extended delivery periods may occur when ordering during the holiday season or close to holidays. To alleviate multiple package deliveries, we will make every effort to group your items into shipment if possible.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Fourpaws Outerwear is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, refused deliveries or incorrect delivery information at time of checkout. If you think an incorrect address was given at time of checkout, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24-48 hours of placing the order and we will make every attempt to correct the address. If you contact us after this time period, we may not be able to help as your order may have already shipped. If packages are refused or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
If you need to change the shipping address for any reason after the 24-48 hour time period prior to your package arriving, check with USPS and UPS either through their websites or mobile apps to see about changing the shipping address.

We offer world shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. For more information on international shipping:
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PRODUCT IS BACKORDERED?
Every effort is made to produce and ship our products in timely manner. In the event that an item(s) are delayed or go to back order status, an email notification will be sent. At that point, the option will be given to cancel the order for a full refund. If you proceed with the delay or back order status, add 1-2 weeks production and shipping time to receive the order.
International orders allow extra time to based on the destination. To alleviate further delay with the shipment and to reduce multiple shipments any other products ordered at the time of the back order will ship together.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS/TRACKING OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed, we will send an email confirmation informing you that your order has been received. After your order has shipped, a second confirmation email will be sent and you can track the status of your order by logging into your account.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
You are charged sales tax if you live in a state where our company is located or if applicable by state law.
