Returns

All items featured on this site are handcrafted, and as such, we can't guarantee an exact fit due variations among breeds. Please check all size charts and measure your pet(s) before purchasing any item. Once an order is placed, we can't cancel it.  For further questions about our sizing, contact us at info@fourpawsouterwear.com. Please include the item you're inquiring about, your pet's mesurements and a picture of your pet if possible.  Allow 24-48 hours for a response. We make every attempt to reply as quickly as possible.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We want you and your pet(s) to be satisfied with your order, so if you return an item(s), regardless of the reason, please do so within 30 days of receipt of your order.

 

Refunds or store credit, once we receive the returned merchandise and it has been inspected, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. We will issue a refund or credit for the full purchase price the item or items, less the cost of return shipping.  We will send a link with a QR Code and a link to print a prepaid return label. An email notification will be sent upon receipt of the return shipment within 24-48 business hours and include a status update on the refund.

 

Note: Store credit can only be issued when the order was placed using your 4Paws Outerwear account, not checking out as a guest. If you checked out as a guest, then a refund for the item(s) only will be issued.

For sanitary reasons, all items must be received in new condition, unused, (no dog hair or dog smells, NONE), unworn or altered and in the original packaging with all tags attached. No returns will be accepted unless all the conditions have been met.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return items, sign in to your 4paws Outerwear account or create an account. Select the order you placed, find the items(s) you wish to return and click the Returns link. Then select the reason for the return. If you did not create an account when placing the order, you can create an account with the email used to place the order. 


If you do not wish to create an account, you can fill out the merchandise return form located on your packing slip contained in the order. Please include the return slip in the package with item(s) being returned.  Customers are responsible for filling out complete return forms. Then email us at customerservice@fourpawsouterwear.com with your order number located on the invoice and indicate which item(s) you are returning.  We will issue an return merchandise authorization (RMA#) within 24-48 hours of the request.
